Net-metering is an agreement between you and your local hydro supplier, with the Net-metering program the power produced by the system feeds directly into your home for your usage. When your system produces more power than you are using in your household the excess will feed back into the grid. Your hydro supplier will read you meter and when you produce more power than you used they will give you credits for the excess generation. These credits carry forward for up to 1 year. We design the system to meet your hydro needs over 12 months, that way over the year you will pay nothing for your hydro usage. Why Net-Metering?
